
It sure is getting easier to make your own custom necklaces these days. In the past (last year), I had to hunt around etsy to gather all of the findings I needed to put together a "vintage" charm bracelet. Everything I needed to make this necklace came from Michael's or Jo Ann's. Putting together your own custom costume jewelry is way easier than it looks. I have a handful of tools that I purchased at Jo Ann's for less than $10 and the rest I figured out by playing around.
