I used paper and embellishments from American Crafts and the house is made by Maya Road.
The number 4 is for the members of our little family, but Em likes to think that it is for her age. I used acrylic paint and rubber cement to make the chippy door and window frames, learned that handy technique from Katie Watson.
I used lots and lots of Martha Stewart luster glass microbeads in "Blue Topaz". I used Glossy Accents to adhere them.
I filled in the windows with Glossy Accents to make them look like glass.
Even used the Dear Lizzy rub ons! I love the words that were included, perfect for a little girl's room.

The weather has been a dream for me here in SoCal. We have had a nice cool marine layer for most of the summer. I know the folks that live near the cost are complaining about the cold, but for me it has been the best summer I've ever had living here. We have used the ac less than 10 days this entire summer! Our bill has been over $200 less for this time of year!!! I have zero heat rashes! I know this could all change very soon, but I am so grateful for this mild weather.
thanks for coming by today,
samantha
