This little notebook was my favorite project of the month. I used the dress pattern scrap that was included in this kit as a ruffle for my cover. Before adhering the paper, I ran it through my sewing machine. I thought the vintage graphics were very Anne Taintor-esque, so I had to include a little saying. I forget the original quote, I adapted it to suit my scrapbooking needs!
Miss Emma at the flower fields. We go every year and the beauty of the fields and gardens always manages to take my breath away.
A couple of cards, ready for me to send.
Originally, I threaded my needle with a matching green floss for these leaves. My last minute change....
Hooray for turquoise!
How wonderful are these thick canvas banners? Included in the kit? Yep. I zig zagged them with my sewing machine and also stitched up a frame.
The girls play with this retro pink kitchen every single day. I want a pink kitchen too! No, aqua.
Jill Sprott is the guest designer at Freehand Scraps this month and I was thrilled to find that out, I follow her blog and always enjoy her paper creations. Please check out the gallery to see her work with the kit and the rest of the designers' inspiring creations.

Thanks for visiting my Molto Piccolo blog to check out my entry! (BTW, it means 'very tiny' in Italian - I make & sell little hair accessories, brooches, origami, etc. so it seemed fitting). I love your blog & find so much inspiration here!

Samantha, what you did with this kit is genius! Your eye for detail is amazing. My fave is that first layout. I think you've created a new "vintage snarky" movement. :)

That paper lady has stolen my lines! LOL! So so so true!
